About Us

After learning about the village's history and discovering that pies were once sold from the village pub many years ago, I wanted to help bring that tradition back. My signature pie is based on a family recipe that's been enjoyed around our table for years, and I'm excited to share it with others.

When I'm not making pies, you'll usually find me outdoors enjoying the countryside around us. Whether it's walking Joey, our Labrador-ish dog, bike riding along the Ridgeway, or stopping at The Harrow afterwards, I love being part of village life.

My mum works in food development and helps with recipe ideas, making sure everything is prepared safely and to a high standard. My dad works in technology and helps behind the scenes. My brother, on the other hand, doesn't help whatsoever!

Using quality ingredients and plenty of care, my aim is simple: to make great homemade pies that people enjoy sharing with family and friends.
